Accessibility statement

We strive to make our website accessible in accordance with the Austrian Accessibility Act (Barrierefreiheitsgesetz) as amended, implementing the European Accessibility Act, Directive (EU) 2019/882 on the accessibility requirements for products and services. This accessibility statement applies to https://plustoken-claim.com/.

Note: This statement refers exclusively to our website. It makes no statement about the physical accessibility of our premises.

Compliance status

This website is partially compliant with conformance level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.2) and the European standard EN 301 549. Known limitations and exceptions are listed below.

Measures taken

The website was technically revised in October 2026. In particular:

  • zooming on mobile devices is no longer blocked;
  • text colours meet a contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1, links in running text are underlined and keyboard focus is clearly visible;
  • unique page regions (one main content area, labelled sidebars) and a logical heading hierarchy;
  • accessible names for icon links (e.g. social media) and text alternatives for images, with purely decorative images hidden from screen readers;
  • privacy settings that can be operated by keyboard.

Non-accessible content

a) Non-compliance with the accessibility requirements

  • 1.3.1 / 2.4.6 – The content was taken over from the former WordPress website. The structure and headings of the texts do not always reflect the content correctly; some pages have no main heading.
  • Links that open a new window or tab are not consistently marked as such.
  • The website was tested automatically. A test with screen readers (e.g. NVDA, VoiceOver) is still pending; success criteria that can only be tested manually have therefore not been fully assessed.

b) Content outside the scope of the applicable legislation

Older documents (e.g. PDF files such as the privacy policy from 2021) and content published before 28 June 2025 may not be fully accessible. They are exempt from the Accessibility Act and no comprehensive revision is currently planned.

Third-party documents and content that we neither developed, financed nor control are linked on the website. No statement can be made about their accessibility and they are therefore also exempt.

Preparation of this statement

This statement was prepared on 26 October 2026. Compliance was assessed by self-evaluation against WCAG 2.2 level AA: automated testing of 19 pages of the website with axe-core 4.14 (rules for WCAG 2.0, 2.1 and 2.2, levels A and AA) in Google Chrome. Automated tests cover only part of the success criteria.
